Our Story

Our Story

Ember & Oak Bistro opened in 2019 in the heart of Nashville's Gulch neighborhood. Chef Danielle Park draws on Southern roots and French technique to create dishes that feel familiar and surprising all at once. Our wood-fired grill runs on Tennessee hardwood — you'll smell dinner before you see the menu.

We source vegetables from three family farms within 40 miles and keep a curated wine list with 60 bottles to perfectly complement our fire-kissed menu. Wood-fired everything, sourced within 40 miles.
